Endurance matters as much as strategy.  Fall seven times, stand up eight, Proverbs 24:16. Colloquially heard as “Fake it till you Make it.”  70 days till the end of 2023, 10 weeks – and 3 weeks of those are holidays. 

Pick the right priorities for year end, then organize the few key priorities with resources yields a crisp focus on your highest leverage tasks for the next 100 days.  Leaders plan time to learn, individually as well as with their teams. Gaining and strengthening skills aids preparation and planning, building endurance that overcomes unknown challenges.
